We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic PMO to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Strategic Initiatives Director to organize, plan, and oversee the entire lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring their execution and delivery.
The Strategic PMO will also maintain reporting & deliverables towards our investors, work closely with all teams to improve tools, processes and efficiency, and will produce thought leadership on strategic industry trends and topics. This will ensure the conditions are met to best deliver our mission towards developers and entrepreneurs of the XRP Ledger community.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Strategic Initiatives Director in planning and executing XRPL Commons' mission, strategy, roadmap, and budget.
- Update investor reports & deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Strategy & Finance team on key internal and external projects, including, but not limited to, open source, sustainability and ecosystem funding.
- Formulate and plan the entire lifecycle of strategic projects, including impact measurement.
- Coordinate the execution of project tasks by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings.
- Research technical or complex subjects and gather business intelligence for thought leadership or market research.
- Support the adoption of the XRP Ledger by exploring and identifying opportunities across a broad range of industries.
- Help organize and attend key blockchain-related international events.
- Provide innovative solutions and improve efficiency within projects.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in strategy consulting.
- Proven experience in project management, including strategy definition, planning, coordination, and evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, impact assessment, and stakeholder management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Work proficiency in English and French.
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in the blockchain or emerging technology industry.
- A deep understanding of the XRPL protocol and its ecosystem would be advantageous.
