Embark on a transformative 9-week online incubator designed to take your startup from MVP to market. Through workshops, structured learning, personalized 1-1 coaching (technical and business), and access to XRPL experts, you'll gain the insights and accountability needed to propel your venture forward. Cohorts run twice a year —  Spring, and Fall.

Designed for pre-seed and seed teams building on the XRPL — or looking to migrate from another ecosystem  — with a focus on DeFi, Social Impact, RWA tokenization, Agentic web and Infrastructure/Security. We look for teams with at least one full-time founder and an MVP ready to build on. We value enthusiastic, generous, and humble founders with a collaborative spirit, ready to challenge each other and elevate projects as peers. After the program, startups are eligible for milestone-based grants.

Engage From Anywhere

The Aquarium is now fully online and welcomes founders from around the world, with a particular focus on teams building in EMEA. But remote doesn't mean passive: we expect founders to be active and engaged throughout the 9 weeks — attending live sessions, showing up for coaching, and contributing to the cohort. You'll be connected directly with our  team and the broader XRPL ecosystem, building the relationships and momentum that carry your project beyond the program.

Eligibility checklist

• Pre-seed/seed projects building on the XRPL (or looking to switch L1)
• A focus on DeFi, Social Impact, RWA tokenization, Agentic web Infrastructure & Security 
• At least one full-time founder (business and/or technical) minimum
• MVP ready
• Active participation throughout the 9-week online program (Spring or Fall cohorts)
• Open to sharing & collaborating with other founders
